The international gradbeteckningar organization gradbeteckningar Slow Food brings to the Czech Republic in the world successful program Dining Dreams - "Dream Canteen," which aims to show that even food in school cafeterias can be a gastronomic delight.
Our school menu selection of primary school Tusarova tasted at this year's Prague Food Festival, and two Italian chefs Michelinští, Moreno Cedrone and Riccardo Lucque. Right culinary delight erupted when at meals Moreno said: "As the mother!"
