Over the years, several companies and individuals attracted by activities to realize the same dream is to make a jacket jet / Jet Pack their own - some more successful skilde than others, but all the same great dengane. Here is a list of seven jackets jet / Jet Pack that can successfully off the ground, quoted from various sources: 7. Since 1953, engineers Wendell F. Moore began working on a jetpack for Bell Aerosystems. Several years later, in 1959, the U.S. Army approached Bell Aerosystems to build, test and demonstrate what is called the Army Small Rocket Lift Device (SRLD). Results Bell Rocket Belt driven by superheated water vapor, which is produced skilde by combining nitrogen gas cylinder and two cylinders containing hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide skilde reacts with the catalyst, causing it to break down into oxygen and water vapor. Bell rocket belt Photos: United States skilde Geological Survey
Space science is famous for its founder Eugene Shoemaker wearing a Bell Rocket BeltThe Bell Rocket Belt could lift someone 30 feet (nine meters) into the air at speeds up to 10 mph (16 kph). but the bad side is that it can only sustain flight for about 20 seconds at most. This also poses a risk to the operator, as it flew at an altitude too low to parachute deployment in terms jetpack fail. In 1961, Wendell F. Moore himself broke the kneecap while testing perangkat.Ketika Moore died of heart problems in 1969, the project was postponed. Only a single rocket belt was originally produced - although in the mid-1990s that the concept of turning back when RB 2000 Rocket Belt developed. The newer version is built with the exact same principle, but the materials used are lighter, have greater strength and can fly for an additional 10 seconds. 6. Go Fast! Energy Drinks creator Troy Widgery and two friends founded the Jet Pack International (Jet PI) in order to develop and produce jetpacks. Rebuilding the previous designs, especially those from the Bell Rocket Belt, Go Fast Jet Pack is intended to be an alternative skilde that is faster, lighter with its predecessor and offers a better boost and longer flight time. Jet PI have some type jetpack models. According to the company, they H202-Z jetpack which can survive in the air for 33 seconds and can travel 2,500 feet (760 meters) at speeds up to 77 mph (123 kph). Jet PI also produce models of T-73, which is said to be similar to fly for nine minutes. However, at a cost of $ 200,000 (in 2010), the jetpack T-73 is out of reach for most people. 5. Using modern materials such as titanium skilde and aluminum, Powerhouse Productions also brought early rocket belt designs up to date, generating skilde jetpack that can remain high for 30 seconds. The Powerhouse Productions Rocketbelt, as it is called, produces 800 horsepower and weighs 165 pounds (75 kilograms) when the tank is filled with seven gallons (26 liters) of fuel hydrogen peroxide. Currently, Rocketbelt used for the show only, and traveled the world as an exhibit skilde in a demonstration flight. It has been featured on numerous television shows, and driven by a stuntman Kinnie Gibson and owner, also toured with Michael Jackson 1992/1993 Dangerous World Tour. 4. Okay, technically Martin Jetpack is actually not a jetpack, because it uses a ducted fan rather than a rocket to achieve lift. However, for the purposes of this article, we thought it was pretty skilde close - especially since it's such a fantastic machine. Martin Jetpack Time magazine included in the list of 50 Best Invention 2010 and with good reason. In theory, skilde this ingenious device can appoint someone as high as 8,000 feet (2,440 meters) in the sky. Martin Jet Pack takeoff Photo: Martin Jetpack JetpackMartin's taken off in New Zealand,
